A technology company built around a simple belief.

Landmark Learning Group was formed in August 2025 by founders with backgrounds in recruitment, sales leadership and learning and development. They had watched the same pattern for years: organisations spend heavily on training, performance stays inconsistent, and the managers best placed to coach are the ones with the least time to do it.

The company's answer is to put coaching inside the work itself. Our first product, MILO, is a digital sales coach that listens to the calls a team already makes, scores each one consistently, and coaches the person who made it. Managers get evidence rather than anecdote, and new starters get feedback from their first week.

We build and operate the technology ourselves. The desktop application, the speech recognition and the language models that power the coaching all run on infrastructure we control in the United Kingdom. That is a deliberate choice: the conversations our customers trust us with are commercially sensitive, and we would rather own the stack than explain a third party's handling of it.
